Our handcrafted, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, sides, breakfasts and desserts cover every food specialty from traditional through to clean food and dietary specific, such as gluten free and low sodium. Our diverse range includes plant-based, global flavors, ethnic lines, indulgence and experiential.

Our five, strategically situated kitchens provide a cost-effective, flexible resource for chefs to conceive and develop almost anything. Pair this with national delivery and top-notch customer service, and we are an agile partner for business growth and consumer loyalty.

Focused production on savory solutions, utilizing the latest advancements: depositors, encrusters, batter / breaders, belt fryers, high capacity ovens, patty formers. Similar capabilities in all locations, facilitating production close to customer and business continuity planning.
